  1. I commit to always dealing with clients with a smile (in person or on the phone). This is especially helpful after the contract is ratified for this is where the home buying journey becomes stressful. When a client can see that their agent is remiaining positive it will make the client more comfortable.

    If I can’t sell someone a house, I’ll make sure that I at the very least sell them on me and the team I represent.
